Vietnam is considered one of the fastest growing countries in the world and in the process of industrialization and modernization with rapid development in the fields of construction, mechanical and electrical refrigeration and elevators.

Mechanical and electrical systems are used in CLEAN ROOMS, FACTORIES, PHARMACEUTICAL FACTORIES, OFFICE BUILDINGS, HOTELS, COMPLEX BUILDINGS, DATA CENTERS.

Air conditioning & ventilation systems
• Design and construction of air conditioning and ventilation systems for office buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, auditoriums, stadiums and industrial plants according to American standards (ASHRAE), AS, CP, CIBSE, etc.
• Design and construction of air conditioning and ventilation systems for textile and garment factories.
• Design and construction of air conditioning systems for clean rooms such as pharmaceutical factories, emergency rooms meeting WHO and GMP standards.

• Design and construction of HVAC systems for hospitals such as operating rooms, resuscitation rooms, emergency rooms, service rooms meeting international standards on air systems in the medical field.

• Design and construction of smoke extraction systems, stair pressurization, kitchen exhaust systems.

• Design and construction of HVAC systems for factories, especially chemical factories, laboratories, etc.

• Design and construction of energy saving and air conditioning systems.

Electrical systems
• Design and construction of electrical systems: transformer stations, low voltage,
lighting systems for industrial and civil projects according to IEC, AS, CIBSE, BS, CP, IEE standards.

• Design and construction of distribution and control systems for load-increasing equipment such as pumps, refrigeration equipment and technical equipment, etc.

• Design and construction of lighting systems for office buildings, hotels, factories, public lighting areas such as roads, gardens, parks and resorts.

• Design and construction of lighting systems for clean rooms, textile factories and cold rooms.

• Supply and installation of electrical cabinets, trays and cables.

• Supply and installation of systems: CCTV, Camera, PA,
telephone, communication, FA, TV, access control.

• Supply and installation of BMS monitoring and control systems. Especially IRS system - hotel room management system for high-class hotels
Water supply and wastewater system:
• Design and construct hot and cold water supply system, water and wastewater treatment system according to international standards AS, CP, meeting environmental requirements of the World Health Organization (WHO) for office buildings, hotels, villas, resorts, factories.
• Design and construct wastewater systems for commercial and industrial buildings.
Fire alarm system:
• Design and construct fire extinguisher systems for office buildings, hotels, shops, supermarkets, industrial buildings according to international standards AS, NFPA, UL and requirements of the Vietnamese and Myanmar governments.
• Supply and install fire fighting system
• Supply and install fire alarm and security system
Compressed air system
• Supply and install compressed air system for factories, industrial buildings.
